The former Personal Assistant to Oscar-winning actor, Matt Damon, Trinette Faint has a long standing history in the entertainment industry. In addition to Matt Damon, she has worked for Will Smith's Overbrook Entertainment in L.A. as the Assistant to the Creative Executive, for Robert DeNiro's Tribeca Film Festival in New York as the Special Guest/Juror Coordinator, and had a brief stint as the Assistant to the Family Producer of Extreme Makeover Home Edition in L.A. She also worked as the Executive Assistant for both the Provost and Interim President of Harvard University (concurrently), and for Bain Capital in Boston as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Directors of Absolute Return Capital, Bain's Global Macro Affiliate. Trinette is
also a photographer (www.trinettefaint.com), creator of Love Hue
(www.lovehue.com), an online beauty store, and an author (Collette's
Caleb). She attended Emerson College (BA '97, MA '08) in Boston.
Kelly McGarr , President Kelly has spent the past 15 years as President of McGarr Service Corp, a family owned security guard and commercial cleaning company servicing eastern Massachusetts. She has been responsible for growing the company from $3,000,000 per year in sales to its present size of $9,000,000 in sales with over 350 employees. Kelly has earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston University as well as an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from Johhson & Wales University.
